If you need to return an item for any reason within 30 days of your order shipping, you can return it to us with a copy of your order and a note on it telling us that you are returning it for a refund or an exchange. You do not need a return authorization to do this. If it is beyond 30 days from the time your order shipped, then you will need to email us to ask about returning to explain what the issue is.
