When an order is shipped, we send and automated shipped confirmation email with tracking number to the email entered on your order. If you created a customer account with an email address and password then you can also log into your account and click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. It will show one of the following - processing, ready to ship, shipped, or if something is sold out it may show backordered or partially backordered. Please understand that we are a small business and if we get constant requests for order status it takes time away from processing orders and making parts. Currently in Spring of 2020 our shipping lead time has increased to 7-10 days due to unusually high volume of orders. Please be patient as we process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
